Ordering with Hamleys
You can order from Hamleys as a guest without registering an account. Please enter your email address and phone details so we can contact you regarding your order. From time to time we will also contact you by email newsletter with offers relevant to your order(s). Registering an email account with Hamleys will allow you to view your order history, allows you to manage your delivery addresses and from time to time we will also contact you by email newsletter with offers relevant to your order(s). Add the items you wish to purchase in to your basket and follow the checkout process. We accept the following credit and debit cards as a form of payment: American Express, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Visa. We also accept Hamleys paper gift vouchers and e-vouchers as a method of payment.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirming your order. Orders can also be placed by telephone with our Customer Service department. For opening hours please see the "Contact Us Page".
We offer a premium and standard gift box and wrapping service if you chose this service your toys will be individually packed in our beautifully presented gift boxes. Our gift boxes and wrap are priced according to the size of the toy, carry the Hamleys logo and come with a gift card for your personal message. Gift boxes can also be purchased separately without the filling and toy.
Please note: Our gift box and wrap service is not available on larger items such as rocking horses, sit and ride vehicles and items that are delivered directly from our partners. You can add gift wrap when you add a toy to your basket or at checkout. Your personal gift message can be up to 95 characters in length and will be included on a gift tag.
We aim to process and despatch all orders received through our website within 1 working day of confirming your order which means your toys should arrive in 3-5 working days. During busy periods we may take longer to despatch your order. For orders despatched from our warehouse you will receive a despatch email including your tracking number. If you have provided us with a mobile number you will receive FREE SMS communications from our chosen carriers.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, unless a premium service has been selected (excluding Bank Holidays) and require a signature. For most orders you will be given the option via SMS for the delivery to be re-directed to a post office.
Larger items, primarily outdoor or ride-on products are shipped directly from our partners and may take longer to arrive. Delivery times are included within the product pages.
Please note: a signature is required for most deliveries so please choose an address to fit these needs.
Toys despatched from our warehouse are delivered using Parcel Force. Once your Toys are shipped from our warehouse you will be sent a despatch email and a Parcel Force tracking number will be provided. If you wish to track your order after it has been despatched follow the instructions in the email or sign-in to your account and click on track a recent order.
If you have provided us with a mobile number you will receive FREE SMS communications from our chosen carriers regarding your delivery. You will be able to manage your delivery further using this service.

As part of our policy to protect against the fraudulent use of credit cards, we conduct security checks on all our orders.
These can take various forms and may involve contacting you by telephone or email before we process your order.
Hamleys also retains the service of various credit rating and fraud prevention companies, and we may share details of your order with them for the sole purpose of detecting and preventing fraudulent use of your payment cards.
Under consumer protection regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of acceptance. Should you wish to cancel your order within 7 days we will refund you the price for the goods and delivery charges even if the order has already been despatched. If you have received the goods they must be returned unused.
